I have a 1999 Chevy 2500 4wd pickup that suddenly started to shift hard in all gears. Hot or cold it doesn't matter. Fluid level is OK, looks clean and doesn't smell burnt. Other than the sudden change to hard shufting everything else seems the same. the truck drives fine, seems to be idling ok and downshifts smooth.
