88 jimmy 4x4. s-15 Cable is good, turns by hand fine. Hooked back up to trans block, and it doesnt turn when I hold the other end of it in the truck and drive. So I think the problem is in the trans area, but is this a removable sub unit or am I in for a costly trans repair?
