A/C question Maybe a vacuum problem?

1993 Silverado w/ 6 cyl and 5 spd.

The a/c blows ok through the two outside vents (driver and passenger closest to the windows), but it just doesn't blow much air from the other vents. Just blows about like it would if the fan was on low, when it is actually on high.

Any suggestions? I'm thinking maybe a vacuum problem somewhere.

Thanks...

Chuck

I have the same problem on my 1995 but only about half the time it does that and when it does I found that opening the driver side door for about five seconds returns it to normal.

Hmmm... I will give that a shot. I have had the door open at times and it didn't help any though...

Looks like you are in San Antonio so you know what kind of summers we have here. I'm in Ft Worth. I need cool air!! haha
