Any have a 99 Chevy Blazer S-10 where the dealership says the 100,000 mile Dexacool should be flushed/filled every 20,000 miles? Who should pay the bill since I'm not getting 100,000 miles? They also suggested my coolant seals may need replacing -jason

If you are out of warranty, then "you" should pay the bill. And if you don't want to change the dexcool earlier then GM recommends, don't.
What are "coolant seals"?
