no parking lights

is it at all possible for an alarm system to make the parking light/tail lights not work for any reason on a 97 silverado? reason i ask is i got an alarm put on my truck like a month ago and all the fuses are good yet i haven't checked the bulbs but i doubt that it the case cause i seriously doubt they alll go out at the same time and i know what your thinking take it back and have the people that installed it fix it right? well it seems that the guy that does the installs in the hospital and he is the only one that does the alarms somehow,don't know how they get away with that but whatever
