1993 5th ave dash lights

I have a 1993 New Yorker, 5th Ave. 57000 miles in almost new condition. Digital dash, looks like a light bulb that back lights the temp and volt gauge has gone out, gauges still work but impossible to see them except in direct light. How do you get to the bulb to replace it without tearing out the whole dash, any help would be appreciated.
