my 3.3l engine keeps setting the error code 51 "lean fuel mixture and the computer then dumps fuel to even number cylinders. Both O2 sensors have been replaced and the code still resets. Also I get code 21 " voltage from O2 sensor not fluctuating" Anyone have any ideas. Thanks
