Would anyone be kind so kind as to indicate to me where the child safety seat harness anchor is located on a 1994 Dodge Intrepid?

If your talking the "tether" system I don't believe that the Fed's required them in that year. HOWEVER, Chrysler has a TSB on the tether system, and will install tether anchor points for free in cars, if your car is in the right year and model, and if you call the dealership and tell them that you bought a child seat that has the tether system.
