ANSWER TO Water leaks on passenger side Dodge Caravan!

After a big rain or car wash I would find the passenger side floor very wet. Thanks to this forum I was able to zero in on my water leak. For two months I fought the water leak before my wife found this forum. I read where someone suggested checking the drain for the fresh air intake, a grill just below the wind shield. I put water from a hose into the grill slowly so it would only go into the grill. Sure enough after a minute or so the water started coming out inside the car on the passenger side. This told me the drain was clogged. After searching high and low I found the drain. It was exactly where it should have been. Under the hood on the passenger side right beneath the grill above. There is a rubber hose about 18" long going straight down then turns toward the rear of the van. If you pull straight down on the hose where it connect to the van it will come off. To make sure you have the right hose, put water into the grill and it will immediately come out of where you have just removed the hose. To fix the clog I put a garden hose into the drain hose and turned it on. The should force any clog out of the other end of the drain hose. Put the drain hose back in place and your water leak should be fixed.
