Caravan rear shoulder straps don't catch in crash

Im trying to find out if in Caravan or in ANY vans if they do crashtesting for rear occupants. Daimerchrysler seatbelt rep.,said callNHTSA ,I did ,girl answers she dont know, gave me email to ask someonestill waiting for that reply. Daimerchrysler seatbelt issue guy says the same catching mechanism that is in front is in rear. I said" NO WAYjerk them something is different". He says the back dont catch becausependulum in back is heavier than in front. Seems not legit to mebecause The rear shoulder strap didn't catch in our wreck and daughter(12yrs) was badly injured setting behind drivers seat her shoulderstrap didn't catch and her face slammed the handle on back of driversseat. Jerk straps in Dodge caravan or durango in rear for yourself-NONE catch -but the front all catch perfectly though. Something wrongand needs recalled I think.

This is getting old, move into the '80s.

Sit in the back with both belts pulled half-way out, holding each, I believe the "male" ends. Have your wife stand the thing on its nose, women are good at abusing brakes, hopefully your booster is working (no, you can't sue for a new check valve).
