Can you swap an instrument cluster from a Gen 2 Voyager with no tach to a cluster that has a tach???

Yes. Swaps out easily. The only problem I had was the odometer window bezel obscured the numbers a bit. Easy fix, you'll see what I mean when you compare the two.
