I had exactly the same experience, changed all the plugs except the one closest the alternator. My solution was to just take the van to the dealer and let them deal with it. The van needed a safety inspection anyway. I replaced the plugs with Bosch platium so hopefully I will not have to go through this again till another 100,000 km's. Tim

If U want to avoid stuck spark plugs ALWAYS use anti-seize compound on the threads prior to installing the plug. Never try to take a plug off while the engine is hot, because aluminum heads expand and hold the plug tight in its hole. Some times instead of putting all the torque to loosen it, it works to first use liquid wrench, then try to turn it slightly clockwise, then counter clockwise and so forth to loosen it a bit.
