What are my chances? I used to run Mini's quite comfortably and fancy a GT.
6'3" into an MGBGT

I used to work with a guy who was 6'4" tall and big built with it. He was really surprised when he tried out a BGT, he didn't have any problems with head or legroom. All depends on your build I suppose, but there's hope.... Cheers, Bill.
There's more legroom in the chrome bumper B's/BGT's as the bulkhead was moved back when the V8's were produced to give more space in the engine bay. The same modifications were made to the non-V8 rubber bumper cars as (I guess) it only made sense to make the one style of body shell.

I'm 6'3" and I used to drive one. I hated it, but I fitted in it.
not much room for legs under the wheel, but a Mota-Lita wheel sorted that.
Hateful car, although I'd still like a chrome bumper MGB.
I worked with a big lad too, 5 years ago, and he drove a B. I saw him just before Christmas - and he was driving the same car. I reckon if it wasn't comfortable to drive, he would have changed it in that time.

I'm 6'4" and have no problem in my rubber bumper BGT. The seat is reclined more than I'd usually opt for but it's in no way uncomfortable.
Carl.
