I am replacing the front bumper cover on my 2003 Dodge Neon SXT, and I am having a little trouble figuring out where all the bolts/clips are located that hold the cover on. I tried removing all the ones I could see in plain view, but the bumper cover doesn't budge. I'm guessing there are some other bolts/clips hidden behind or under other components.
Has anyone here removed a bumper from this model before and could give me some advice, pointers, or even detailed instructions? Is there somewhere I can look for a tech manual that would explain it or possibly have diagrams? I tried Dodgeparts.com (who I bought my replacement parts through) but they do not supply tech manuals.
