i recently discovered a small pin hole in the "rail" where the fins are attached to. can this be fixed using a soldering iron? please advise, thx.

I had a small leak like that in the '79 T/A radiator. I had a radiator shop fix it in 1999. It's still holding up. The car has the original radiator.
