Will this convince U-haul to rent to 2005 Employer owners?

How many Employers do you own? You do realize that, if you are not at least a city councilmember, many states limit your Employer ownership to no more than five, right?

pretty funny ;-) So what exactly are the benefits / functionality of "advance track and stability control" other than the obvious "better control". Any draw backs like pain in the butt maintenance?

Thanks, Mike

The advantages of better control are hard to exagerate; I'd hate to live on the difference in single-vehicle crashes caused by stupidity, and a simple loss of control under conditions when control was really necessary.

I haven't seen any maintenance that comes close to pain-in-the-butt. Mostly, unless something goes wrong (and we live in an imperfect world), these systems are pretty invisible to the owner, maintenance-wise.

Doesn't it use what is essential already in place with the ABS, i.e. wheel speed sensors, ABS pump, etc. Maybe it has a yaw rate sensor or such that is an adder. I don't know. Its mostly software I would guess. And it ain't Windows based so you shouldn't have to be downloading updates every couple of weeks :)

Advance Trak gives you True all wheel drive. IE if you are stuck with one wheel on an axle spinning it will use the ABS on the spinning wheel so the wheel with traction gets some torque.
