Can anyone help me please? I just brought home my new (used) 2002 Explorer XLT and I opened the rear window tailgate and now it won't close... the directions in the owner's manual are a little ambiguous and my "DOOR AJAR" Light is on even though the bottom half is closed.
My dealarship is closed for the weekend...
