The third tailight on my '96 has failed. A shop has qioted $250.00 to replace, sounds outrageous. Anyone have a better source for parts?

The third tailight on my '96 has failed. A shop has qioted $250.00 to replace, sounds outrageous. Anyone have a better source for parts?
Junkyard is the cheapest source, unless you want to get creative and replace the over-complicated fluorescent tube with LED'S !
9 out of 10 times it's the ballast transformer that goes IMO. YMMV
