Hi all. I have a 2003 4.6L V8 Explorer.
Recently, the shifter on the steering column gets stuck when putting the vehicle in park. It always sticks between the "R" and the "P". A simple jiggle of the shifter does the trick and the vehicle seems to drive perfectly fine.
Before blindly going to the dealership, I was hoping you guys might have some ideas? Is this a symptom of a larger problem, or just a minor annoyance?
