Gang, We have a 96 Explorer. The air conditioner works fine IF it is set on Maximum - where the compressor works all the time. If you put it on regular you can hear the baffles move about and then it start to HEAT, not just un-cooled, but HEATed air. The AC cools fine, it seems to be in the controls for baffles. Any ideas???
