on a 96 explorer the blower motor relay humms and its causing the #10 fuse to blow and that controls the rear blower, overhead console, speed control,gem system and a few other things. when the air is on the rear blower dont work when the air is off the rear blower works. can someone figure this out. this is blowing my mind
