93 Lincoln w/ climate control. blower won't shut off either with climate control on or off. Stays on high. Anyone with prior experience with this problem.

PROBABLY a shorted drive transistor in the control unit.
Do a search on this group on google.
Someone else hadd this problem not long ago... perhaps you could email him.
