Why isn't the Ford Focus offered as a coupe? I mean...it is...but only in the hatchback version. Why doesn't Ford offer a two door version with a trunk like GM does with the Cobalt?

Cause they don't think there is a market for one. They look at what the market has GM, Chrysler, Saturn, etc.... and if they have that catagory filled no need for Ford to take a chance of losing a penny. If you bought one they Ford got what they wanted "your money".
