Noise from the rear end

What is with Fords bushings? My wife's contourhas made squawking noise from day one from the rear sway bar. I've taken them off, greased the bushings, installed them, and a couple of weeks later, squawking again. I'm getting tired of greasing these things. Any suggestions/
