I changed the fuel filter in my 7.3PSD by draining the fuel bowl, unscrewing the cap, wetting the new gaskets with fuel, replacing the filter, and reinstalling the cap. The truck starts fine but seems down on power. Did I miss any crucial steps that may be causing this?
