Well; I do appreciate all the responses I got on getting the computer flashed with new programming. The dealer, however, told me that the EEC-IV computer for the 1990 can't be reprogrammed and there is no bulletin, etc. on newer programming. I guess my only option is to purchase a new computer to the tune of around $250 exchange and take the risk. (kind of makes me wonder why the exchange is for if it can't be reprogrammed).
