Would a kind person please explain how to tighten a sloppy gear shift lever on my truck? It seems to work fine but is so loose it rattles. The truck is a 2000 dually and I am not ready to use ropes or cords to stop the rattle. It feels extra loose at the lever to columm connection. Thanks.
