Occsionally my 6.0 liter Powerstroke with Tow haul slips into a very low gear rather violently. Today on a gentle grade, after a lot of downhill, I was traveling rather slowly and still had the button pushed when it slipped into a low gear and actually skidded the rear tires.
Is this normal?
