I have a simple question and hopefully someone can supply a simple answer...
On a 1998 Olds Cutlass, is it possible to disable the DRL's and the Automatic headlights? Based on some searching, it would appear that some options might include:
- tricking the parking brake toggle switch to disable the DRLs
- replacing the light sensor with a resistor
In the US, the DRLs and automatic headlights are not required by law, nor is there any real reason for them... GM should make them both customer selected options, but unfortunately they don't.
Anyone have suggestions on how to disable these two options?
