both radiator,cooling fans not working with engine hot, a/c on, running,,... test on #2 fan, does work.....sensor is good , relays good......does pcm need to be re programed? no service engine soon light on .....tryed to take neg battery cable off for 1 hr........but everything same......thanks for any help on this one....
