coolant is overflowing when engine is off

The truck does not run hot and when the engine gets shut off coolant gushes out of the radiator. Already replaced starter, water pump, AC, hoses, cap and therastat. Been bled out 10 times and flushed. Could the timing be too advanced...any ideas.
