I wonder how many years it will take in courts before GM is clear of this type of law suit.
At some point some judge is going to say that GM's bankruptcy was handled fraudulantly for all concerned. Pensioners included.
GM, Good-bye Money. A company created by Obama and the Democrats.
Good part about Obama having to stick out two more years, he will make conservatism and less government more popular every day he is in office.
November will tell the tale...
