He should send his kids to a Toyota plant. According to a recent Business Week issue, the Toyota engine plant is continually expanding and Toyota is continually adding assembly plants. Toyota is currently building new plants in both the USA and Canada and has announced an expansion of the Canadian plant before building started.
No I don't have a Toyota, never had and probably won't ever because I find their cars just a bit dull.
