hello yes with the "engine fully warmed-up" do it when your getting on to a highway then you can back-off gas. "full throttle excelleration" raises fuell pressure & oil pressure and most importantly expands piston rings which helps to scrape carbon off the cylinder walls ok. P.S. i will leave you with this thought. an engine needs to be "exercised some times" bye.
