i have 2000 accent all the gears work test it.but when change it to reverseit feel ilke it's in some time it moves to very slow when it inreverse while the engine shakes. anybody know why this is happening? thanks

i have 2000 accent all the gears work test it.but when change it to reverse it feel ilke it's in neutral.and some time it moves to very slow when it in reverse while the engine shakes. anybody know why this is happening? thanks

You'll need to check your fluid level and range switch and shifter cable for proper operation. If all that is working properly, you probably need a transmission overhaul or replacement.
