At 39 K miles my transmission went out at a replacement cost of $5K. Question: Does anyone have info on problems with earlier Jag Type S transmissions? Right Now I?m fighting with Jaguar for warranty. The car is over 4 years but only has $39K miles but I think that this may not be a isolated case and I?m ready to fight.
