wire wheels/center caps?

Question

Hi,can anyone positively identify these wheels? I need to ID them is I need at least one, maybe two new center caps.  Condition of cat logo not important (in fact I have three of them that I'll probably remove with a hair dryer, if you want them...)  The wheels appear to be Dayton wires and I'm ASSuming that they're from a 70's XJ6 or XJ12.thanks,nate

They look to me to be the 70 spoke DAYTON brand wire wheels that bolt on. The earlier 60 spoke wheels are identified by 3 armed spinners, and are not wanted as they were prone to breaking the spokes. The one in the picture retails new, for approximately US$300-350 depending on the retailer.

They do bolt on, and they are made by Dayton.  Are there any retailers that stock parts for these wheels?  Or should I contact Dayton directly?thanks,natePS - thanks for confirming that I got a good deal too :)  I have to admit that I'm not a big fan of wire wheels but they fit great on my old Stude and actually look better than I expected.  I guess the bad thing is finding a spare is going to be problematic!  Unless of course one of you Jag aficionados has a spare steel wheel they'd let go for cheap...Phil Morgan wrote:
