Hi,
I'm trying to increase my MPG and have decided that the car changes down to easliy, and would like to adjust the gear change to stay in or change to a higher gear more often, is this a simple adjustment?

What you are planning will actually cause you to use more fuel. You want to carefully inspect a set of torque and power curves for your vehicle, and keep your engine speed at 75-80% of the "power band". Some people call this the "economy band".
