asking lift help from the group

I am finally going to be able to get my 91 yj lifted YEA I was wondering which lift is most recommended that gives good off-road usability and good on road use there is not much call for rock crawling in the south Texas area but we do get some mud here and sand what do you recommend I want to go with suspension lift and not body I'm currently running a 91 stock wrangler with 30 in tires 4.0 5 sp thanks for the help David

It all depends on what you want to do with the Jeep. I don't know that there is a lot of difference in the lift kits other than some come with shocks and others don't. You may find some that are more complete kits that others. I've got a Procomp for my CJ and have been really happy with it. I've only got 2 1/2 inch suspension but also have 2" of body lift. Mine works for the type of driving I do.
