In a futile attempt to find a Power Steering Mount bracket for my '87 Grand Wagoneer, I went to a junk yard called "Pull and Save". There were two FSJs there with AMC 360 V8s, and both had the PS Mount brackets broken off at the same place mine.
No wonder I am having trouble finding this part,and the other worrisome thing is, even if I find it there's no telling how long the fix would last, givien this latest revelation.
Any thoughts??
Find a good welder/fabricator/machinist person. I'd make one for you if you could drop the Wagoneer off at my house for a few days. Just think of that lovely 1000 mile trip with no power steering!! :)

I'm tempted to, out of frustration. However, thanks for the information and I think I will have my machine shop make some spares for this, as they are scarce.
