You could always paint the vehicle camo colour and paint a bright orange (or Bill's pink) "X" on the roof.

I see rain gear for motorcyclists sold colored black! Okay, lets say you crash in the wet and are laying on the road. I think i would prefer to be wearing yellow or bright green. As for the jeep scenario, go ahead and paint it how you want, then put one of these in the emergency box.
