Saturday I spent a day in the mud...real mud, top of tire mud. Anyway, after the 2 hour cleanup I started her up and watched the alternator guage drop to flat line. I figured I must have gotten everything a little too wet. I left it in the garage overnight, hoping things would get better as it dryed out. The next day I jumped it and the charging meter read 14V. Great. Untill I removed the jumper cables. The guage then slowly (over a couple minutes) dropped down to zero again and I was dead again. Any ideas?
