The Seven Seater Sedona Automatic shows in the catalogue and showroom as having three seats in the back, two seats in the middle and two seats at the front.
Is is possible (and straightforward) to change the seating arrangement to have two seats in the front, three seats in the middle and the rear two removed to allow for luggage?

No it is not straightforward, there are differnet mounting plates for the seats. But it is possible. I saw once a few separate mounting plates and they were not from Kia, handmade for the Carnival/Sedona.
