Its nearly a year since we bought our first landrover (series 3 LWB station wagon)

That was followed a few months ago by a IIa SWB rag top

Today I won a disco on ebay

Thats from nothing to 3 in less than a year ....... I feel i need support....

Does anyone have the number for Landrovers Anonymous ???????

Help me !!!!!!!!

Tell us about it.

It started with a Discovery, followed shortly by a Range Rover. Within a year we had a series 3 and a month later a Lightweight. We did manage to not but another for a few years but when what is now our Discovery was advertised in the paper we just had to buy it.

It was a sad day when the Range Rover finally went, but its not gone far and to someone we know, so can visit any time we want!

It would not be wise to look at piccys like this is one was nursing such an addiction....

It's called LandRoveritis - a terminal wasting disease. Looking on the bright side though, it is by far the best way of winding-up Mr. & Mrs. Normal next door.

johnty came up with the following;:

My trouble is I had one as a youngster, then didn't have one for years, after the first.

Then we got a crappy S3 that really needed looking after ...

I've been without a Land Rover since Nige bought my 110, still the subscriptions to LROI and LRe come through the door, it's only a matter of time, I keep driving along and seeing those signs, you know the ones, 'unsuitable for motor vehicles' must.... resist.....

As do I, however my Jag would fail to rise to said challenge I fear.

No matter how much you say it, it doesn't work, especially when SWMBO gets fed up of tenting and wants to camp in a life of luxury but not drag a caravan around, hance the reason god created the 101 Ambi!

I got rid of my 101 ambi a couple of years ago, not intending to replace it with another 101 due to the cost of running it. Unfortunatly the desire to have a 101 hasn't gone away, something to do with me wanting a 101 originally, ever since i got into landrovers. The IIa's I settled for havn't diminished the yearning.

Hmm. I could probably scrape together about £2k, at a push. Which ain't going to get me a 101. I'm safe for the moment. If I ever sell my IIa i'm in trouble

I really don't want to build a "modern" forward control based around a 110 V8! I really don't want to build a "modern" forward control based around a 110 V8! I do, but I still reckon using a van body on a 110 chassis is the most likely way to go. The "small" transit body has probably more space inside even than a 101 ambi.

what I need is someone to have faith and order one :-)

I like this bit...:

"Warning, this website contains images of, nude, naked, in-the-buff, birthday-suit, au naturelle, no clothes, no pants, no hiding, bare, buck naked, disrobed, exposed, garmentless, nudie, stark-naked, starkers, stripped, unattired, unclad, unclothed, uncovered, undraped, undressed men and women"

can't really see any excuse for people to complain about content...

... and that picture with the clothes-peg looks painful.

heh did you read the copyright warning point 4? (left side, front page).

some more scary looking clothes pegs stuff is coming to the gallery soon, her name is jo and she's just a bit nuts.
