1) Stick a rubber hose loosely in the top of a plastic jerry can full of petrol, right in the engine bay
2) Connect battery up with authentic spark effects

Maybe it's just the way they edited it together, but it did look to me like a recipe for explosion, and I'm the sort of person who lights my patio heater with Unleaded.

I did enjoy watching Suggs "Drive" the freelander with a quarter turn on the steering wheel while apparently going down a strait road!! Also the constant flash backs after the adds, do they think we have the attention span of a fish!!!

I wonder if the owners of the various projects that are farmed out for 'restoration' ever asked to contribute to the costs as some of them don't seem short of a penny or two.

I'd noticed too that Suggs's Freelander has gained a few bit's over the last

2 series, like roof mounted spots, snorkel etc, do we really believe he uses that snorkel LOL

They drive me up the wall. I'd rather see some more details of the restoration, than 5 minutes of blurb we already saw.

I glanced at the listings, and I could see some point in doing that at the half-way stage of the program -- "This is what you missed while you were watching Terry Jones..."

Just something I remembered.

When they were cutting that old one up in the field, who saw the acetylene gas bottle laying on it's side while being used....hmmmm not a good idea was it
