Rock hit and broke a fog lamp. Is this easy to replace?

Yes, there are some bolts behind the foglight in the back of the housing, you can probably get to it through the front bumper. If not, you will have to reach through the wheel well. Undo these bolts and pull the housing out from the front. Good Luck.
