its a 92 lexus es300,the clutch is good the linkage are together and it goes in gear and starts up,but it will not move!please help me figure this out....

Could be the hand brake cable is frozen. Try playing with the lever by pulling it tight and releasing it a few times quickly. If the cable is indeed the problem this can sometimes free it up. Sometimes it helps if you gently try to move the car at the same time. If this works, go get the cable and associated "things that move" lubricated.
