Programming door locks?

Hello.I just purchased a pre-owned 2000 ES300 and was wondering if there's away to program the door locks to unlock when the car is turned off?Also, is there a way for the door locks to automatically lock when thetransmission is taken out of park? There are quite a few "features" that can be programmed with the aid ofthe Lexus computer scan tool. I don't know if auto-locking/unlocking thedoors is one of those fetures, but I know that it *IS* possible to have itset to require only ONE push on your keyFOB to unlock ALL doors ratherthan the two depresses currently required.
