2002 RX300. Got the mast, removed the retention nut and turned on the radio, out came the old mast. Nice. Now, new mast, put the cord down into the hole and turned the radio off...can hear the motor run, but cannot feel or get the cord to catch for retraction. Does anyone know what the interface looks like? Is there a small hole or some other cover over the gear device that grabs the cord? Any help would be appreciated? cheers, Curly
