The idler pulley that holds the fan belt has seized on my Brother's Saab 9-5 and he's asked me to take a look. I've ordered a new pulley/bearing from the local motor factors but a quick look at the available space under the bonnet looks a bit of a bastard getting a new belt around all the various different pulleys without dismantling half the engine. Any tips welcome.
